Mike has many years of experience in various areas of business. Early in his career working in industrial relations and human resource management, Mike developed and honed his interpersonal skills with emphasis on communication and negotiation. 

He went on to hold senior management positions in both the public and private sectors where he was required to conduct negotiations regarding significant assets and services to resolve issues that impacted on clients and the working lives of numerous individuals. 

Throughout this time, Mike says it became obvious that the key to success was to be an active listener, gain an understanding of the needs and preferences of others, connecting on a personal level, building trust and establishing long lasting relationships. Mike has carried these practices forward into real estate, an industry he has now enjoyed working in for over 20 years.

Mike is a long term resident of Hallett Cove and is very familiar with the surrounding suburbs and the features and benefits available to everyone living in this wonderful sea side area. Nonetheless, Mike believes that research is paramount and his willingness to go above and beyond for so many clients has resulted in numerous referrals and the  successful sale of properties as far afield as Munno Para in the north, Sellicks Beach in the south and even on the Yorke and Eyre Peninsulas.

Approximately 90 percent of the properties sold by Mike have come from repeat business and referrals from previous clients especially those who regard him as the local area specialist.
