Before entering real estate, Tom spent 15 years in management, where he played a key role in workplace transitions and change management. This experience shaped his strong work ethic, commercial awareness and ability to remain focused and solutions-oriented in changing environments.
Today, Tom brings these qualities to the property market, combining genuine market enthusiasm with a disciplined and hands-on approach to every campaign.
