Jacob is our Head of Operations & Administration, responsible for ensuring every Ray White Glenelg client receives a smooth, professional, and enjoyable real estate experience.

Beginning his career journey as a salesperson, Jacob quickly progressed through roles including Sales Associate, Business Operations Manager, and General Manager of a multi-office, award-winning business. This comprehensive, 12-year long experience has given him a unique, 360-degree understanding of what drives success in the business of real estate.

Jacob focuses on building a foundation of clarity, and reliability. By mastering operational detail, he guarantees two things: first, that our agents and support staff are equipped with the best tools, allowing them to dedicate their time to client care rather than administration; and second, that our clients benefit from a process that is transparent, responsive, and seamless.

Jacob excels at managing and developing administration teams, identifying individual strengths, and aligning them with business goals. His commitment is tonurture individual ambition and put unique talents to good use, ensuring the team performs at its peak.
