About Hove

On the beach side of Brighton Road you'll find townhouses and newer homes along the Esplanade, many with sea views, and prices are generally higher there. East of Brighton Road the streets are quieter, with a mix of older bungalows, post-war homes, renovated character houses and newer townhouses on subdivided blocks. Units and small strata groups add a lower entry point.

Hove station sits just off Brighton Road on the Seaford line, and buses run along Brighton Road to the city. Jetty Road Brighton, with its cafes, shops and jetty, is a short walk south. Marymount College is in the suburb, and the Esplanade footpath links Hove to Brighton and Glenelg for walking and riding.
