About Seacliff Park

The northern part of the suburb is residential, with established family homes on good-sized blocks and newer builds where older houses have been replaced. Some of the elevated streets pick up views towards the gulf. Units and townhouses are less common, so most sales are houses and turnover is low.

Life here centres on the outdoors. Gilbertson Gully and Gully Road North reserves wind through the streets with walking paths and play spaces, and Susan Grace Benny Reserve has a fenced playground. The shops on Seacombe Road include the popular Bake Bakery, and Seacliff beach, the Esplanade and Jetty Road Brighton are a short drive away. Seacliff and Marino stations on the Seaford line give a direct run to the city.
